Pressure treated wood

I originally wanted a recycled fake lumber back in 1994 or 95. The guy told me in no uncertain terms the name of his business was Lumberscape, not plastic scape. The wood is guaranteed for life but it's starting to leech. There is no arsenic anywhere else in the yard. There is a trace amount in the terrace area. 41 ppm is what's allowed. 5 is what this year's test measured. I want it gone before it goes high. The wood is starting to splinter and I'm tired of sealing it every year. Arsenic is an element. It doesn't break down. I'm glad they changed how it's treated. Older wood has even worse stuff in it besides arsenic. The maple is already covered in turkey tail and lichen. Plus there is no enough of it for the entire terrace. I do like the terrace concept, just not the material. Sadly so many garden centers closed down and became pharmacies.
