It snowed a wet, heavy snow, about 4". It wasn't gonna stop 'til noon. So I looked at what yarn I'd brought with me. Amazingly it matches the room's decor. I matched up teal and cranberry. So this is what I started:
Around noon, I got laundry started. Turned it over to hubby and went out to shovel out two vehicles. I decided to help out the economy by doing some yarn store tourism. If I finish a project, I'm entitled to buy one more project. I headed over to a store called Crafty Lady Trio, https://www.craftyladytrio.com/
It is lovely boutique, hand-dyeds, Louisa Harding, Rowan, Noro, Alpaca/silk, peruvian kettle dyes, trendsetters, and so much more! I picked up an evergreen in Cascade Heritage superwash wool, mulberry silk (85/15). It has the feel of the one I made for John last year. Yummy! Pictures when I have light. Tomorrow begins at 4:30 am driving to Kalamazoo for ValDay.
