Real quick before bed

Trying desperately to preserve as much food as possible before we head out west. Tonight was Applesauce and Spaghetti sauce and Zucchini bread. Yesterday was Peaches. Dishes are done. The grass is mowed. List is made and merchandise packed. Van to be loaded tomorrow. Last allergy appointment at 10 am then more packing to be done and off we go. WorldCon here we come! Zada is house-sitting and harvesting the rest of the tomatoes, zucchini, and winter squash.
