ursulas_alcove: Woodcut from Robin Hood (Spock's Raised Eyebrow)
I didn't sleep well last night. Moonlight reflected off the snow cover made it as bright as day. I like it pitch black to sleep. The cat decided to watch out the window at the night life. Back and forth and upstairs and down. For an elderly being, he was moving quite spry. I had made my list. Everything planned. Nothing to worry about. No OMG, I forgot . . .Just had a hard time dozing.

Jen headed out early this morning for Access. The cat was pestering me to feed him. He even went as far as removing one of my blankets very delibrately to show me he needed me up. ( Or maybe Timmy fell down the well?) I didn't find Timmy or a well but I did get up. I drank a lot of hot tea with caffeine. After that I worked in the studio on the purple shawl. I wove for at least one hour of Al Jazeera English on the radio and another hour during an afternoon program with a local singer/songwriter named Umbach. He was quite good. Finished weaving the first half of a ruana. Did some dishes, made a lot of smoke making a pizza, started an etsy listing by ironing and examining the fabric. Started cleaning the bathroom and started dusting the dining room. Got interrupted on both counts. Balanced the checkbook, did some inventory, put away completed inventory. Finished my prototype toe in linen stitch.

But needs errata: http://sanguinegryphon.blogspot.com/2008/04/erratum.html?m=1

Also need to check out the cardweaving technique to find out why my edges aren't catching

Tomorrow's goals are dependant on the sun. Need to start etsy listings with pictures if its not too bright out.
Otherwise, straightening strings on loom and starting second piece of ruana.
Inventory another tote
Weight green yarns for raw materials
Find something more to clean - return of the deadly dustcloth

I know I have a lot to do. Time to attempt sleep.

Why the bird feeder is always empty
