Attitude Problem Today

ursulas_alcoveSure, let's blame it on allergies. I ate cookies yesterday that I should definitely not have eaten. The weather changed and my head is pounding. I had severe muscles spasms last night. There's a lot that is not right in my world. Nothing tragic, just frustrating.
I got my 18 ears of corn blanched, cut and canned. It's those little frustrations like the overpressure rubber stop on the canner being loose and having to start all over again because pressure could not be achieved. It's the number of ToDo things is long and costly. It's the looking over prices at the store and realizing just how much they climbed. Then I had to deal with two nasty-grams from the state of NC. Their online system for filing sales tax sucks. Their computer decided since I filed my temporary sales tax on November 15th, I obviously was filing a November tax form even though I told it the form was for sales tax through 10/31/2024. I also canceled my tax license but it would not close my account. Yesterday on August 26th, I received a delinquent notice dated May 7th. And also a notice canceling my license for being a bad person on July 25th. All I can say is welcome to your new AI overlords. I waited on hold for over a half hour to talk to someone, constantly being told to just visit them online.(ha, ha, ha) I pity anyone who has to do business with this state. The operator wanted to argue with me over why I had an EIN number if I wasn't an LLC and that all my paperwork was wrong. I nipped that discussion in the bud. I am so not in the mood for this shit. All I got was an admission that their computer delayed sending out notices. FFS
I'll be heading outside to take out my frustration on weeds. We had a very nice cloud come through last night and give us a gentle rain. Then the skunk came out and sprayed somebody's dog. That started my head pounding again .
