Nope, no time to breathe or rest on my laurels. As soon as I got back from Great Lakes, I jumped into another ToDo list. I promise yarn samples will go out today. The number of requests is breathtaking. This is a good thing! How else can you buy online if you can't touch the yarn? Whether weaving or crocheting or knitting (tatting, macremé, etc), you need to make sure the yarn has the physical properties you need. If you need samples, you can email, message, convo or whatever your favorite way of communication is. All requests will be answered in the order they were received. If I missed you, poke me! I am a busy, forgetful lady. Thanks!
On another note, rhubarb is doing well. The harsh winter killed the horrible bugs that were bothering it. Now it's just the usual cabbage moths. And that's okay. So far, a pound of yarn has been dyed. Two gallons of rhubarb wine are fermenting and today a rhubarb pie is in order. The olive tone sold at Great Lakes. I have more rhubarb leaves soaking for another dyebath. The garden needs my attention too after the storm passes.
